Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees with any of our accounts.
Is there anything else I need to organise?
Yes, You may also want to organise yourself a domain name to go with your hosting package.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. We also accept Direct Debt (Bank Transfer), Cash, Cheque and Paypal.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account in writing or in your client control panel.
If I cancel my account within 30 days of signing up, will I be charged a fee?
No, You can test your account for the first 30 days risk-free. There will be no charges to your account if you cancel within the first 30 days after signing up or 15 days after contract when signing up with a website.
Can I change plan at any time?
yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at any stage. Please note that a $59.00 fee will apply for account changes that involve a upgrade or downgrade. Please also be aware that you can not downgrade to the basic account.
