How do I install Joomla?

Installation of Joomla is quite easy via your cPanel interface.

Once you have logged into your cPanel please proceed to click the "Installatron Applications Installer" icon. Within Installatron scroll down to the "Apps for Content Management" section and select Joomla, proceed to click "install this application".

During the first step of the installation it is important you select the correct domain where you wish to install your Joomla.
If you wish to have your Joomla as your main website please ensure the Path box is left blank. From there configure the admin settings (such as username and password) as required and proceed with the Install.

Please note: To install Joomla your domain name needs to be pointed at the hosting server first.
